Underwhelmed
The price is no where near worth the product. The cakes are reused long past shelf expectancy. The employees rarely use gloves and the non-systematic way of dealing with customers is maddening.

They have been around for decades but the quality is slipping. Either they need to reassess their mission statement of quality or bow out gracefully.    [19 Oct 2007 18:51:59]
