Description
A medium size French Cafe. Tables are intimately close together with dim lighting and quiet atmosphere. The prices are much more reasonable than one would expect.

Lovely Restaurant From Start to finish this restaurant is a wonderful experience. The bartender was excellent as well as most amusing. Our server (I forgot her name) was excellent. Most attractive and knew her job well. Very explanitory and extremely efficient. The food was superb, lovely presentation, served promptly and as someone else noted, much less expensive than you would ever expect. [23 Mar 2002 18:02:57]

A Taste of France Very intimate atmosphere with fantastic service. The menu is a wonderful overview of French cuisine, with a nice selection of well-priced wines to accompany the dishes. Service by both the bar and wait staff is top-notch. Always busy, reservations are recommended. [11 Dec 2002 16:22:05]

Best of Mount Pleasant This was the first place that was recommended to me after moving to Mt. Pleasant 18 months ago and it is definitely one of the best around! Wonderful service, food, atmosphere, you name it. Everything is done to perfection. [03 Mar 2003 18:33:02]

Wonderful Place to Dine Coco's is simply my favorite place to dine when visiting Mt. Pleasant. It has great food, ambiance, and attentive service. Ask for Bridgette as your waitress. [27 May 2003 15:05:54]

A group of nine of us from different parts of the US get together at different locations each year. Two years ago we enjoyed Isle of Palm so much we decided to go again this year. this was our first time to coco's and we all really loved it. the food was excellently presented, tasted wonderful and was not expensive. I particularly enjoyed the orange chicken and would really like to coax the recipe from the chef. [13 Sep 2005 14:40:56]

Always wonderful Coco's is still one of my favorite places. We go often, and always have an excellent meal. The flounder is a must, as is the duck. Portions are huge - and the price can't be beat. Servers are always well informed and efficient. Its small enough that if you go often you can get to know the chef and owners and its always a pleasure! [14 Apr 2006 11:45:10]

superb cusine and wine list Outside of France, I have searched everywhere for good "Mussels" until now the only place that even came close was "Berthas" in the Polish District of Baltimore. They are not even close to the distinct taste of really fine Mussels that Coco's serve. Their Rabbit is just as good as you will find anywhere in France. However the extr,a ingredient that they have is a superb wine list that does not triple charge you like other restaurants do and they have a first rate selection such as Chateauneuf-Du-Pape.Montrachet, etc. [28 Dec 2006 18:55:30]

terrible service Service terrible; waitress harried; I couldn't even pay by credit card-waited 10 minutes and then was told she couldn't put my card through (something about the phone lines) When I complained waitress became abusive [14 Feb 2007 15:58:59]
