Best Restaurant in Five State Region

Rapid City's Best Kept Secret
The Corn Exchange is by far the best gourmet restaurant in South Dakota. The food is all made to order, never old and always fresh. The staff is very knowledgable with aspects of both food and wine. The bar includes wine and beer. Any problems with the food will be fixed appropriately. This is a great place for a business meeting, date, or just a get-together with friends. We have enjoyed the food at the Corn Exchange twice during visits from Mn.
The first time I had the buffalo strip steak; it was FABULOUS. My husband had a fish dish and was equally impressed.
