Do you like grease?

Have been eating at Bob's for over 40 years. The food is always fresh and prepared to order. I know Bob and he is a peppy, healthy 82 years old who still works part time at the restaurant. Gee, I hope all that greasy, unhealthy food has me in that condition at 82!

Broasted
Broasted chicken is a patented method of cooking that greatly reduces the amount of fat that food naturally absorbs. I know because I worked at Bobs about ten years ago and you can not sell something that claims to be broasted unless you have broasters from the company. Plus we conducted are own test of buying fried chicken from all over SF , placed their chicken on paper towels and then placed fresh broasted chicken directly on paper towels and you can obviously see the difference.    [19 Mar 2007 11:52:34]
