Junior Achievement?
To describe the service at Jonathan's as "being run by Junior Achievement" is an insult to JA... so I won't. This place needs a manager. We waited about 15 minutes just to get a drink order, and I had to go to the bar area to track down an employee to get service. After she spoke with another employee for a couple of minutes, she said she would take our order even though "it was not her job" (since when is customer service not every employee's job?). We immediately gave her the food order so we did not have to wait again.

When my daughter's spaghetti came, it did not have the garlic bread... so we then flagged down our waitress (she came out of hiding) and asked for bread. No apology, just very curtly she said, "I'll get it". She never did. Ten minutes later I searched the bar area for the girl who helped us before and she very nicely and quickly brought the bread.

Friends of ours were then seated at the next table and we said, "Leave now while you can!" They did not, and 40 minutes later they were searching for a server because they had not gotten their drinks... Never again will we enter their doors.    [13 Sep 2003 07:40:03]

Never seen such bad service!!!!
Twice I've been to Jonathan's, both Bellevue and Cool Springs. Bad service with attitude. Then (my bad, I don't look closely at checks) a good burger, so-so fries and coke; turned up on my check card @ 16:50.    [01 Oct 2007 08:44:32]
