Iceberg Lettuce Wedge Wins Awards

Service & Food
We ate at this O'Charley's restaurant Saturday evening, October 19th after a wedding in that area.
Our food was cold when we got it, (it took forever to come to the table). Orders were mixed up and we didn't get what we ordered. (didn't make a fuss) Our waiter was blessed with a bad attitude. We weren't offered refills on our drinks, nor were we asked if we wanted dessert. For what the seven of us paid for supper, it was a real disappointment. We arrived at the restaurant at 5 o'clock and it wasn't even busy yet. Don't know what was going on, but we didn't enjoy our dinner.
Just thought someone would want to know. This particular restaurant isn't in our south Nashville area, but I sure wouldn't drive back to eat at this restaurant. Wouldn't recommend it to any of our friends either.    [21 Oct 2002 18:28:31]

Loaded Potato Soup
I was very disapointed in the Loaded Potato Soup. I checked the restaurant's recipe and I don't believe that is the one they use here in Fayetteville, N.C. It tastes like Cheese Soup with a lot of uncooked french fried potatoes in it.

Worst Restaurant Ever!
This has to be the worst restaurant I have ever been to. And I have given this place more than one chance. The service is always terrible and the food is usually not very warm when ordered. And when you order fries there, they give you such a small amount by putting it in a small dish to make it appear bigger. We never get refills and when we ask for one, we are made to feel like we are an inconvience. I have no idea how this restaurant has not been closed. It is such a pity but I guess that will help other restaurants gain more business by O'Charley's being so crappy.    [04 Jun 2006 20:33:40]
