bad food
Tonight eating at the Brick Oven Grille was terrible. The rolls were old and hard. I had shrimp scampi. The shrimp was too tough to eat. I the person I was with had lasagna; it was so dry, it had the texture of cornbread. I used to eat there and it was great. They must have a new cook, but I will never eat there again. We sat in the smoking section. There were straws on the floor and rug coming up. Service was good.    [14 Jan 2005 20:11:35]

They Will Not Answer the Phone
BOG has delivered to my home at least 100 times. Tonight I am on hold for the third time. Each time Christmas music plays for about 10 minutes then the phone cuts off. Maybe the receptionist got hit in the head with one of those old, hard rolls. If the food has gone down as much as others have indicated I guess I should be glad they are not answering. If I have to go out, why not make it Olive Garden, 1/2 mile away. I won't eat there again either.    [15 Dec 2006 19:30:54]
