My Ponderosa Experience in Lebanon, TN
My husband and I after a long day at work, traveling through TN decided to stop at the Ponderosa Steakhouse in Lebanon, TN. We both had the grillside buffet. To start out with it took forever for the waiter to bring our drinks. They brought my steak out. I waited for like 15 min. or so for them to bring my husband's steak so that we could eat together, so that my food would not get cold I went ahead and ate. I am a slow eater, and I finshed my meal before they finally brought my husband's out and guess what, his steak was overcooked. So they offered another steak and my husband ate some food from the bar and waiting on the other steak was 30 min. By the time it arrived he was no longer hungry. Our waiter said that they were not going to charge him for his meal but she never took care of it. Still with a ways to travel to get home, we just left.
