Our family tried Gooseberries one Sunday after church, and found it to be a great place to get away from the Sunday lunch crowd. The atmosphere was relaxing, and beautiful. I was surprised that my husband liked it as well as he did, he was afraid it was going to be too (girlie) for him. But he had the Daily Hot Meal and was extremly happy. The chicken salad is awesome and the spinach quiche was great. The cost was $7.95 for meals and $1.00 for drinks, and $2.25 for desserts. Oh try the Mozart Cake it is to die for.
