Most Fabulous Bakery in Nashville
Check out this incredible Bakery in Bellvue. His pastries, specialty bread and scrumptious desserts are the best I have found in the Nashville area. Everything is made right at the store by the owner and artist of bakery. Worth the trip...even for a delicious sandwich and coffee. Try the snowball, a french style pastry that is light filled with sliced banana and chantilly cream. You will dream about it at night. The cakes are not only unique in flavor but also in design. The owner chef is Asian/Korean and he studied in one of the finest schools in Asia. A real treat is his egg salad in a roll.    [06 Feb 2006 22:26:32]
