One of the best places to eat in Oak Ridge
We usually get carry out. It's always ready when promised. They now take credit cards, which is handy. We have never had a bad meal from Billy's. It is always excellent in every way and the service is friendly.

Their pizzas are better than Big Ed's, the "famous" pizza joint in Oak Ridge. The ingredients are very high quality. I don't know what kind of sausage they use, but it's superb and I recommend it. The cheese they use is very good.

Their dining room is quaint, but we don't really dine in -- it's better for our children to get carry out.    [11 Apr 2007 19:12:16]

Quick and good
The best deli in Oak Ridge. The steak in a sack is outstanding and the burgers are fantastic. Don't forget the fried mushrooms and it doesn't take forever to get your lunch.    [15 Feb 2008 09:53:09]
