Worst Service Ever
After eating at Brazos cattle company I could have swore I heard Christmas carols being played in the background.
You see my party of nine spent over two hours in this restaurant and all that we received was a half hearted I'm sorry. We spent 60 minutes waiting on our food and another 30 min. waiting for our check to be straightened out. We had two preschoolers in our party so you can image how that went over with them. The kitchen also got my husband's order wrong (he ordered chicken fried chicken and received chicken fried steak ) they also burnt the children's grilled cheese sandwiches. How hard is it to get a grilled cheese sandwich right? We told the general manager that we were never coming back to which he responded, "ok". No "Sorry , no let me make it right sir". The table next to ours also had to wait forever and received rancid ketchup. Needless to say unless you want to spend your spring break in a restaurant don't go to Brazos.    [20 Mar 2004 23:08:14]
