Plato Loco is one of the best little Tex-Mex places you can find! The food can't get any better, not to mention the fresh chips and salsa. The waiters/waitresses are all very friendly and prompt. Very nice atmosphere. The food is better than the chain restaurants, in a much better setting.    [19 Dec 2004 22:21:03]
