Popeye's is the same all over as far as food goes. I've been 3 times and don't wish to go again. The first time the order was wrong. The second time they shorted my order, and then made me wait 5 minutes while they fixed it. Finally, I was told when I ordered that the chicken would be another 15 minutes. My question is how can a chicken place RUN OUT of chicken at 7 PM? Terrible management. Won't be going back.    [24 Sep 2004 19:54:37]
