Week-end breakfast buffet 6am-1pm 9pm-3am.. Breakfast Lunch Dinner menu items served 24hrs 7days a week. Down home country atmosphere and service and ambiance very noticible. Locally owned and operated. Owners Danny and Malinda Fabela run the floor and mingle with the new and regular customers.

Very friendly staff.. Restaurant went non-smoking, not mentioned here. Stayed at Best Western and was told this restaurant was the best in town for breakfast,, they were right. Best sausage patties I ever tasted. Met Danny the owner, knew right away I was not a regular, pretty kool guy..    [29 May 2006 02:04:41]

I went to Gem's twice and was quite disappointed after reading good reviews from the place. The food tastes old and dry. The portions we received were really little. I suggest they use smaller plates so the food doesn't look as small. Everything tastes like they just put butter on it. Service is inconsistent (good the first time..bad the second). I just went b/c my internet was down and I wanted to use their WiFi.    [26 Jun 2007 14:29:06]
