Bad Service
I eat at Mr. Gattis at least once a month and I have never had such poor service. From the time I walked through the door the service was bad. The employee at the register totally left us standing there for approximently 2 minutes without any explantation. The only thing she said to us was "How many" No hi, thank you or anything. My daughter ask an employee for a fork and she was very rude in getting it. Didn't even hand it to my daughter but put it in the bin and walked away without saying a word. The whole resturant must of been having a bad day. I will NEVER go back to this location again. The manager needs to be contacted about this and the employees need an update on how to treat your customers. I work in this same field (Customer Service) and would never treat anyone like this.    [27 May 2003 10:39:33]

Very Good Stuff.
I go to Gattis about once every week and the food gets better every time I eat there. Our youth group even loves Mr.Gattis because we have put their logo onto our basketball jerseys. I just wish the locations around Nashville would multiply.    [20 Jan 2004 22:23:41]

Bad Sauce!
I eat a Mr. Gattis at least once a week and I'm very unhappy with the new spaghetti sauce. I mainly go there for the spaghetti, so, lately I'm eating somewhere else. Many people have agreed with me. I hope you go back to the old sauce. It was so much better.

Crappy Food
I have eaten at gattis about 3 times now, the first two was cause my son wanted to go there, and the food was nasty!! The thrid time, I let my son talk me in throwing his birthday party there, bad mistake. The food was just as bad as before, but also, many of the games didn't work, and the ones that did wasn't worth a darn. My son (6 years old) was very dissappointed. To dissapoint an adult is one thing, but when even a kid can't have fun at a place like this, thats really sad.    [03 Apr 2008 17:04:24]
