Poor service and food
I was treated with disrespect and carefree attitude and the manager walked off without asking what the problem was. The gnats were flying around so bad you could not eat for trying to defend your food from them and keep the off the kids. The under trained and immature staff was unbareable. This is the one on Beaumont st. baytown tx and I will NEVER return there again. This once was a nice place to visit about 8 or 9 years ago but has went down hill ever since. I would not recommend it to anyone. No service for over 17 minutes with only 3 tables with customers and the managements just walks off and doesnt care. This is not all casa ole, the one in the san jac mall is wonderful and I would recommend it to everyone. That will be the only one I will do buisness with again. They even know me by name and can serve me with out ordering and they have ( NO ) gnats or any other kind of bugs flying around.    [19 Feb 2005 21:04:46]
