I stopped by to pick up some lunch. First of all, it seems as though I am the one and only person who has ever gone in to pick something up. They acted like they didn't know what to do. I thought there might be some nice sandwiches or wraps on the menu. Not so. The only thing feasable to take to go was the Bistro Burger. I waited patiently and got my burger and fries. The fries were just OK, but the burger - HORRIBLE. It was one of those pre-made meat patties made from who knows what. It had no taste. They also forgot my onion straws. Great Atmosphere and Food
Bistro is always getting my to go orders right! Super friendly staff and clean, open kitchen. The waiters are a team and there seems to be a family atmosphere always. some very simple dishes and some very cutting edge offerings. No hype and no pitchers of beer so there is not a lot of the country kids in Beaumont like other bars on Dowlen.    [26 Mar 2009 20:29:53]
