Best Breakfast Taco!
They start by scrambling what must be two eggs with whatever you want. bacon, sausage, pork, potatoe, onion...
Keep in mind the is a BBQ joint so the meats are pure Texas. Then they add beans, and shredded cheddar cheese. And somehow they fit all of this inside an ordinary tortilla. Amazing. I stop here anytime I pass by. Try the purple pig if you want a sandwich.    [17 May 2006 00:02:35]
