Bumdoodlers is a very popular lunch spot on the north end of Boerne. They serve homemade soups and sandwiches made on their own homemade bread. It is also home to Geri's Pies, and you can buy pie by the slice or whole pie.

Lunch anyone?
Best sandwiches in Boerne. Quizno's recently moved to town, but IMHO Bumdoodlers still blows them away in price, serving size and atmosphere. The make their own homemade bread fresh, all their ingredients are fresh. They'll put jalapenos on your sandwich if you ask nice. And Boerne's best pies for dessert? It's no wonder that the line sometimes goes out the door during the lunch hour. Only negative is that they still permit smoking in one of the dining rooms. Even so, the place is pure Texas.
