Mexican dining in a festive, colorful atmosphere. El Matador was formerly known as Margarita's, but changed ownership and name. Many people believe that this restaurant has improved as a result. Located at the corner of South Main and Bandera (at the light) in the same shopping center as Beall's and YMCA.
