After a two or three day fast, this is where you want to head for a meal. If you love to eat, the Horse provides perhaps the largest quantity of food anywhere in town for your buck, and definitely live up to their name. It's like Boston Market on steroids, Texas style. Huge and tasty chicken fried steak, meatloaf, burgers, "real" steak, etc. with plenty of fixings to choose from. The prices are very reasonable, and it's cafeteria style, so you bus your own table.
