Horrible!
We decided to stop at K Bob's on our way to Austin. We chose K Bob's over the other "cookie cutter" restaurants in the area becuase we wanted a home cooked meal and steaks were our choice. We asked the waiter what he suggested and he said the steaks were excellent. I ordered the ribeye and my wife ordered the bacon wrapped fillet mignon. What I received was a $2 (at best) 1/2" thick steak that wasn't even buffet quality. My wife received a very rare fillet that had to be put back on the grill. After it was re cooked my wife had 2 bites and couldn't eat anymore due to poor taste and quality. I told the waiter how I felt about the meal after he asked how everything was, and he appologized then offered free dessert. (If your food is bad don't offer more food even if it's free) We paid full price ($50) for food that was lower quality than Taco Bell. No kidding!    [15 Oct 2007 10:12:27]
