Enjoyed our meal...after we finally found it!
I planned a day in Brenham for my Grandparents that were in from Florida. The Cafe was very hidden from the main street. I was expecting a larger dining area and did not expect the men's restroom to be "outdoors" but the Owner/ Manager was very hospitable & went above & beyond to make our visit to Brenham a great one. It was definately a "small-town" cafe but had very good service & the food was great!    [13 Jun 2005 23:38:17]

Always Great
The chicken fried steak is always tender and delicious. Though it may be considered heresy, I would suggest their brown gravy and grilled onions to top it off. A real Brenham tradition.    [20 Sep 2005 13:11:32]
