Horrible Service!
I was in the Brownwood McDonald's in Walmart on Sunday, August 31st with my 3 year old granddaughter and 3 of my friends. While in line, I realized there was only the manager and one employee working so I expected service to be slow BUT me and one of my friends waited over 30 minutes for our food. We saw several people get their order that order way after us. What made it worse is the manager (a woman with long black hair) was rushing through the dining area semi-cleaning and complaining the whole time about another employee not coming to work to some people at another table. I finally had to go ask for our food which was still not ready. When my food was ready, the manager handed me 3 cards for a "Free Sandwich".
After I got home, I looked at those cards. They expired that day! I visit Brownwood every weekend. I will not go to that McDonald's again.    [03 Sep 2003 09:55:19]

Horrible Service!
I visited this local McDonald's to purchase breakfast for myself and co-workers. Arrived at 8 AM, long line outside restaurant, so parked, went inside, the line was fairly long with only one cashier. People in front of line already upset and were asking for their money back. Evidently the folks in drive thru were being waited on and not the folks inside. The attendant was new, which is fine, but she was the only cashier open. There were 8 people in front of me. After waiting almost 20 minutes in line the day manager evidently opened another register and things started moving somewhat but the line waiting to order was to the outside door, by then everyone was frustrated. Brownwood is not a large town but can guarantee you I will not be a patron of their until things improve.    [01 Nov 2005 11:22:30]
