I too am among the many who feel Denny's is not interested in repeat visits or providing a decent over all rating. My husband and I ate at Denny's of Burleson for several months each time there was some sort of issue. Either lack of staff, lack of educated staff, "no speakie English" is one of our main complaints. Lines which only the customers regulate. Now talk about down right nasty, the tables, we even asked for clean glasses, then the waitress wiped our glass with her fingers and commented well it came right off, now how is that for public service. Just last week we watched a waitress wipe a table off with the wrapped silverware napkin and then place that exact naplin down for use. At that point I quite eating just thinking what my napkin was used for before given to me. Folks napkins are used around our mouths, eyes and nose areas would you want to use a dirty napkin? OK,the point about food service I've made. Now about the food itself. It's totally tasteless. Usually cool to cold by the time it's delivered. Several times this Denny's was out of menu items. Twice I asked for Egg Beaters and was brought reqular eggs and then the waitress was upset when I asked them to be returned. Come to find out the didn't have Egg Beaters on hand. How wrong is that. Our Denny's days are over. I'm sending a letter to the city council and the Better Business about this Denny's. What amazes me, when we leave and the Hostess asks how was the meal they could care less what you have to say, just give them the bucks!!!!!!! I suppose they're confident. Well at our next home owners association it's my intention to discuss Denny's issues. After all I live in one of that area's better neighborhoods with influence. I've never felt this way about a restaurant before. ANYONE READING THIS JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND EXPENSE, DENNY'S OF BURLESON SHOULD CLEAN HOUSE OR CLOSE DOWN.    [23 Feb 2005 08:47:18]
