Gude's Bakery and Deli has all of the traditional yeast raised goodies (yeast donuts, twists, cinnamon rolls, bear claws, apple fritters, filled donuts) as well as cake donuts and fruit kolaches.
They also have delicious breakfast sandwiches made on croissants (bacon, egg, and chesse; sausage, egg, and cheese; and ham, egg, and cheese.) In addition, they have sausagage and cheese kolaches; sausage, jalapeno, and cheese kolaches; and ham and cheese kolaches.
Their lunch menu offers a 3", 6" or 12" sandwich made on a choice of either their delicious homemade white or wheat bread or a croissant. You "build your own" by choosing up to 3 kinds of meat, cheese, vegetables, and spread. You may either have it toasted or cold, and you may eat it there or have it made to go. The chicken salad is a homemade favorite!!!
Also available are tossed salad, chicken salad on lettuce, and chef's salad. Soup of the day (either broccoli/cheese, tortilla, potato/cheese or chicken noodle) is available in three sizes or as part of a sandwich combo.    [07 Nov 2008 11:16:54]
