Ranchero buffet rates #1
Our family have eaten there many times and the food at the buffet is great. Pans are kept full and areas kept clean around the pans on the buffet.
The staff are very nice and we have always had an enjoyable time there.

Ranchero rudeness
My family and I ate at Ranchero Restaurant for the first and last time on Sept. 18, 2005. My husband had a glob of fat or congealed lard in his tamale sauce which made him sick. He threw up his meal in the restroom. He informed the cashier ( maybe the manager?) of this fact when he paid the tab. The cashier rudely replied "So..." We will inform all of our friends in Longview to avoid this place when travelling through or to Canton. We are also contacting the BBB of Canton.    [19 Sep 2005 10:51:14]

Ranchero buffet is great
I eat here at least once a week and I think it is great.The food is always hot and there is always plenty of it.
