Excellent!
Totally unsuspecting cajun food. Everything is boiled and they dump it right out on the table. Shrimp, crawfish, suasage, potatoes, corn on the cob, and the boudan is outta this world! This food begs for an ice cold beer...and they serve it that way. Really nice people too.    [03 Nov 2005 13:30:40]
