Okay for a cheap meal in a dusty little burg. I had the steak tampiquena, which was kind of tough. The building is pretty old, and the place definitely had character, but it was down at the heels. Fine for road food, but nothing special.    [17 Aug 2003 18:45:33]

I can't believe people would criticize about Garzita's Food. I mean my mother, Estela Martinez Ybanez took me there and I thought the food was great. So what I would give it would be 5 stars.    [28 Jan 2004 16:30:10]

I go to Carrizo alot and that's the only resteraunt I ever go to, the food,the atmosphere,and the service is good. I usually always have the fajita plate which is very good. I really do recommend this restaurant whenever you happen to be in Carrizo Springs.
