I'm not a big fast food fan, but this salad is perfect for both light and heavy eaters. Very filling. The chopped apples and raspberry vinegarette covers the sweet-tooth, the dried cranberries covers the tart-tooth, and the chicken, cheese, tomatoes and almonds covers everything else!
