You'll be Impressed
We wanted something different and had been refered to Emiliano's Mexican Restaurant in Cedar Hill TX. The location was O.K. but nothing special. Just an Independent restaurant like so many others in a local strip center. We parked out front and entered a clean Cafe type setting. In a time when most businesses barely meet customer Expectations, It is truly rare to be impressed. The quality of our meal and the presentation of our food was such a suprise for this restaurants location and prices. We kept looking around because what we were being served and what we were charged didn't seem to be in sync. I predict that Emiliano's Restaurant will one day be in a much fancier building and command prices that are 50%-100% higher and still be a deal.    [20 Nov 2004 15:32:38]

Our favorite neighborhood place
My wife and I have been eating at Emiliano's for a year and in fact spent a Happy New Year's Eve here with great food and Margaritas. We highly recommend this - our favorite place.    [05 Aug 2006 20:03:30]

great food, service, and FREE margaritas after 4
At first thought of pulling up I wasnt too impressed with the strip mall setting and the small dining room, but after we were greeted and I ordered a margarita I began to have a change of mind, especially when the waiter told me the margarita was free, the food was great I will definately return. There is a two limit on the free margaritas but they are generous in the pour, also the sign said beers free after 4 as well. My family will definately return soon.    [24 Nov 2007 19:57:34]

Changed Hands
This location is now Casa Barajas, the people there are really friendly and the food is outstanding, the prices are unbelieveably low for the amount and quality of the food. I have had their fajitas, they are the best I have ever ate, the beef was so tender and full of flavor, I have also had their Carne Asada, so tender you can practically cut it with your fork and I love the Cotija Steak, that is outstanding.    [04 Mar 2009 13:03:07]
