Good food and they trim the fat.
Wide variety of meats, beef, ribs, chicken, turkey. Also good selection of sides including green or red beans, corn, potato salad, pudding, slaw. Beef is tender and they usually trim the excess fat from it.    [18 May 2002 17:26:09]

Great food
The brisket is always well trimmed, though sometimes dry, but never fails to be flavorful. I absolutely love their beans and always order extra for other meals. The potato salad is great, too. I'll always recommend DJ's!    [31 Mar 2006 11:19:45]
