USDA Choice Beef - WOW
While vacationing at Lake Livingston, we discovered the Coldspring Meat Company, which is both a BBQ restaurant and meat market.

We were very impressed with the BBQ- everything on the menu is hand-made on-site. The USDA Choice filet mignon's that we later cooked were some of the best we've ever had. We highly recommend a visit to this small, friendly, clean restaurant. The day we stopped by, we enjoyed listening to a local guitarist playing some fabulous bluegrass tunes while we enjoyed lunch!    [28 Jul 2006 13:00:18]
