We are Boycotting .
Cafe Eccell is hit or miss - on everything - some nights the food is outstanding and other nights - I'd opt for take out. Wait staff is mostly young and inexperienced - so if you get a veteran - consider yourself lucky. Excellent steak and dessert
First visit. Not crowded. The service was good, but the waiter was very young and more eager than efficient. I had iceberg wedge and steak, which hardly challenges the kitchent. They were both excellent, as was the apple cake dessert....which was large enought for three people, it was so rich. My companion had the red snapper, which he deemed excellent. Light almost too low to read the menu. Very informal atmosphere and a little dirty...I think. Who can see? 3 stars (out of 4).
