You can always spot a good restaurant by the number of people standing in line.

And you'll find an huge crowd here every weekend. Patrick, formerly of "Patricks" in Jasper has brought his culinary skills to the small town of Colmesneil, Tx.

From the classic CFS to egg rolls to seafood and prime rib, his diverse menu has something for everyone.

The hamburgers and fries are not exceptional but the seafood is. Patrick is the only real chef in Tyler County and you can taste it in the sauces.
