Chicken Man
Ok, let me get something straight: I love fried chicken! I eat chicken a couple of times a week, at least, at 99% of that chicken comes from the Church's chicken on FM 78, across from Judson High School. The people working there are friendly, the service is fast--even when they're busy, which is virtually anytime they're open!--and the chicken and sides are delectable. The crust/coating is crisp, not too greasy, and the taste is superb. The sides, my favorites are the potatoes/gravy and cole slaw, are fresh, hot/cold, and really add to the overall enjoyment of the chicken meal. Hmmm, think I'll go grab some now!
