Best Burgers!
Not only is the service friendly and prompt, but the hamburgers here are fantastic! Every time I come into Corsicana, I make a special stop just to get a burger from here. They are very big and tasty and keep you full until you make it home on a long journey.    [25 Oct 2004 05:29:41]

Re-opened and Better Than Ever.
The original owners retired in 2007 and Carpenter Hamburgers has recently opened back up. The burgers are as great as ever, and the people there are always friendly. You can order ahead and pick it up to-go or you can eat there in the old-style charming dining room. All the burgers are made with fresh beef and every patty is hand formed....the old fashioned way.
