If you know REAL mexican food beware! I'm from Austin, so I eat pretty good Mexican food. But this tasted like Mexican food made in Oregon. The "queso" tasted like powdered kraft cheese and milk. The chicken fajita burrito tasted very sub-par. Sorry, just wasn't my thing and trust me, I love hole-in-the-wall mexican restaurants! If you don't eat mexican food past Waco (south-wise) then yum-it-up! Otherwise, hit tacobell. [24 Feb 2005 20:20:55]

All good Mexican food is in Austin? Golly, Blake, I think there are just as many great Mexican food places in north Texas as there are in Austin. Don't get me wrong, I love Austin and think it has some of the best food in Texas. Oh, and MY Longhorns. But to believe that the Mexican food, in general, is any different than it is in Corsicana is a little, well, kooky. I do, however, agree that Don Joses' isn't the best Mexican around. I you'd have eaten across the road at OMI, you'd might think a little differently. That is, if you really like "hole in a wall" places. [27 Jan 2006 09:40:35]
