Had lunch Saturday 8-17-2002; the buffet.

Food is very good, and buffet has large variety, including chicken strips and fries for those who don't like Chinese food. Restaurant is very clean and staff is very friendly. Nice atomosphere.    [14 Mar 2003 19:09:30]

Do the Chinese really use a dinner knife?
Tried evening meal 7/25/05 BECAUSE there was no buffet (buffets are for volume eaters). Mongolian beef had good flavor but large pieces of beef required use of dinner knife (I am accustomed to thinly sliced-bite sized meats when I dine Chinese). Hot and sour soup had a taste that I could not tolerate. How can one get a 4" sliver of meat into their mouth with a soup spoon? I suppose it would be too time consuming if everything was done to my specs!!!!    [26 Jul 2005 11:55:26]

General Chicken Is Wonderful!
We love the General Chicken the flavor is just tasty as can be. My husband doesnt eat chinese, so he eats all the fried foods except this General chicken....and yes the egg rolls are not good I love egg rolls, this 1 does not have enuff cabbage in them at all.    [08 Jun 2008 16:05:36]
