Declining quality
Perhaps it was a one time drop in quality... perhaps a sign of the changing attitudes in service these days.
The food quality was not up to the standards we were accustomed to enjoying at Antares. The prime rib was exceptionally fatty and a bit on the tough side (compared to previous visits). Service was adequate but we had to wait 20 minutes for our check after finishing our meal. On a positive note, our appetizer, the chicken and queso fresco quesadilla was very good!
We have been here many times, but this particular visit will make us think twice in the future about our choice of eateries.    [26 Jun 2004 08:14:42]
