The Cleanest Place You'll Ever Eat At!!!
Trust Me, This is the cleanest place you will ever eat at. It is probably cleaner than your own kitchen.(No offense intended) I know because I worked there off and on around 5 or 6 years. I have since made a career out of job jumping trying to find a restaurant that can meet the standards set by my employment with them. I've worked for many places including national chains as a server, I am telling you straight, you will not find a place any cleaner. Oh yeah, and the food is fabulous!!!Try this place and more than likely you will become a regular. If you don't want to worry about your meal(and if you had seen what I've seen in restaurants you would)eat at the Junction, the cleanest place you will ever eat at.    [28 Jul 2003 22:43:20]

Great Food, Great Service
I always look forward to eating at FSJ - hamburgers, pizza, Tex-Mex, pasta... everything is great.

Most of the wait staff are lovely young local ladies, and they're all friendly and good at their jobs.

We've been going to the FSJ for years, and never been disappointed. If you're traveling between Dallas and Little Rock, take a little detour to DeKalb. You'll get a better meal at the FSJ than at the national chains.    [04 Mar 2007 22:47:55]
