best pizza in wise county

RUDE AND TERRIBLE (NO) SERVICE
I am 61 years old and had my 3 grandchildren with me yesterday who wanted Pizza. We arrived Mr.Jim's Decatur at 1:52 pm. The buffet lite was lit and there was pizza on the bar but the attendant informed us that the buffet was closed. I showed him my watch and he informed me that by his watch it was 2:00 and we was throwing the pizza away on the bar and wasn't going to make any more pizza's. We then went to Pizza Hut and had a great outing. Before leaving for Pizza Hut I looked at the dash clock in my car, the time on my cell phone and my watch. All three clocks clearly showed that it still wasn't 2:00 pm yet. What ever happened to making customers happy and doing whatever it takes to keep the happy. The buffet was over at 2:00, not 1:30 or 1:52. He had 8 minutes to keep a loyal customer happy and he rudely put me in my place. I don't know what the young gentlemen's name was but you sure don't need him as your representative.

We have been taking our family to Mr. Jims for years but the last 2 visits haven't been friendly, even though the pizza was good. After the rude, disrespectful and arrogance that I was treated to yesterday I am not sure that we will be back. My grandchildren and I will most certainly share our horrible experience at Mr. Jim's with all our friends and neighbors.

New owner! Great store!
The new Mr. Jim's opened back up in March 2006. There is a new owner now and it is a great place to have lunch or dinner. There's not a buffet there anymore, but they do have some really great lunch specials. They are friendly and will go that extra mile for the customer. A smaller dine in area, but there is a flat screen to watch, which by the way is really cool!
They still deliver which is really convenient. Pizza, sub's, salads, pasta, etc. You people need to go check it out. Oh! They have a new store manager! Really nice and very attentive to the customer. Go check this place out.

This place is AWESOME!!!!!
I took my two boys for pizza the other day and they were very excited to be able to eat there and watch the big T.V. The staff was very nice and really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and even took the time to talk to my boys! The "new" store owner (Robert) and his manager (Jeff) really made my boys feel special by talking with my boys about their baseball!
