Best Diner in Town! The food was absolutely delicious and the service couldn't have been better. My waitress answered all of my questions, kept my glass full, made sure I had everything I needed and brought my food out promptly from the kitchen. Yesterday's is a '50s and '60s themed restaurant. I recommend this restaurant to everyone!!! [15 Apr 2004 17:19:31]

Good Food and Fun Atmosphere The food is always good. The daily specials are consistent and the locals know Spaghetti day as well as other daily specials. The service is slow and the staff is usually stressed. But it's worth the wait for the fun atmosphere. [14 Jun 2006 14:10:31]

Best Restaurant around Yesterdays is the best place to meet and eat!! I have been going there for years and take any and all of my friends & family...especially out of towners. The atmosphere & decor are perfect, as if you are taking a walk into the '50s. The staff are always friendly and know the answers to all of our questions whether about the food or music. This family owned restaurant was a God send to this area & now with another location over in Bridgeport you have a double chance at the best food, service and atmosphere anywhere. The steaks are always perfect as well as chicken fried steak, and the best apple pie in the world!!! It is worth the trip!! [17 Aug 2006 13:57:32]

Great Food and Friendly Faces The staff was very understanding and willing to let us have a few more seats, when a fellow car club dropped by to join in our fun as we headed to the court house for a car show. Not only was the food good but the staff and other patrons joined in to help us celebrate a birthday 50's style complete with a crown and spin of the a hula hoop for the birthday girl. Thanks again from your friends the Texas Old Farts Sports Car Club. I have a feeling we will be back again and again! [06 Aug 2007 16:44:06]

You Don't Know What Your Missin'. Yesterday's Texas (that's the official name, we just call it Yesterday's here in Wise County) is AWESOME. There's just no other way to put it. They have great memorabilia, an outstanding menu and wonderful staff. The food is always good. But, if you do have a problem, they will fix it promptly. There is no better chicken fried steak (not even at BABE's in Roanoke)and the apple pie is to die for. Make the drive, you won't regret it. And, ask for a 'timber float' just to see the staff's reaction. (you won't be disappointed) [10 Sep 2008 13:52:03]
