Very good BBQ, Service was Quick
Shredded BBQ sandwich was full flavored great and tightly packaged for a to-go order, and the bun was fresh. The potato salad could have used a little pep (mustard), but was still good. While the lines were ~15 people, everyone was serviced quickly and orders complete. Even the cook was verbally taking the next person's order while the attendant was taking another order (to keep the line moving).

The kitchen and restaurant tables were clean and appeared to be serviced often. I recommend this place for a great lunch place to get great Texas Style BBQ.    [26 Apr 2007 08:10:31]
