Best sausage
I don't know where to start. Vincek's makes the best Czech sausage that I've ever eaten. Since we left TX, I have to have Vincek's sausage imported to Vegas.
If you haven't eaten it, you should. It's a very flavorful combo of beef & pork w/ a hint of pepper (unless you eat the spicy sausage). If you're looking for a greasy sausage, you won't find it here.

Another star within the Lone Star
Every time I visit my sister Patty and
brother-in-law Jim in East Bernard (Texas that is..),I willingly submit to
making the traditional pilgrimage to
Vincek's, that magical smokehouse paradise. All manner of deliciously prepared cuts of meat, melodious mixtures of sausage and saucy snipits
of jerky tempt the taste buds to the utmost limit. Real, honest to goodness Texas bar-b-que at its best! Favorites such as the sausage and jerky are of primary importance to Czech off my list. Next, I must snag a quantum supply of Vincek's Smokehouse Bar-b-que Seasoning. Excellent for beef, though I must confess that I have used it on pork, chicken, & even Turkey. A fresh kolache staunches the hunger pangs as I
wind up shopping with a sliced beef sandwich.
A simple unpretentious atmosphere filled with the aroma of Texas ala Czech just west of Houston. Simply the best. Another star for Texas......
