WHAT EL PATO IN EDINBURG NEEDS ??
Since the new owners bought EL PATO MEXICAN FOOD franchises valleywide the quality of food and service has been reduced at least 50%. Orders delay too much-high percentage orders are mixed or confused by cookers or servers or cashiers taking orders-I have several years as client at least twice a week and now I go one time every 3 months due the very poor service and quality of food.-Rest rooms has not tissue paper and in some cases instead of tissue paper person in cherged puts napkins and no soap to wash our hands.
