Best buffet in town
Huge variety of food to choose from. Lots of extras for the kids, such as chicken nuggets, fries, etc. The owner Steve is always around and very friendly. A great inexpensive way to stuff your self. A must try.    [14 Jun 2004 13:02:08]

Good Buffet
Chin Won really is the best buffet in town. I would rate it "pretty good" compared to Chinese buffets in general. They have a good selection of tasty dishes, and the food always seems fresh. The staff are very friendly. It's a good place to get your hunger satisfied at a modest price.

My only criticism is that they seem to put a lot of sweetener in many of the dishes. It's a matter of taste, but I don't like overly sweet dishes that much. But you can avoid these and still get a good meal.

P.S. There was originally another Chinese Restaurant (not a buffet) at this location that served high quality chinese cuisine. The operator of that business has moved to Katy TX and opened another restaurant -- also named Chin Won.
