This restaurant used to be top-notch. Zack nailed excellence. The steaks were big, flavorful, and complimented with a sauce that was second to none. How could the greatest steaks in Texas go to your average IHOP steaks? Ownership, that's how! A new owner came in and cheapened the place up, the top-notch Chef left and now the place is nothing but a really expensive Sizzler. White Trash is alive and well here. I would be surprised if the place lasted another six months. Zack, please buy this Icon in Elgin back and and the world class steaks are bound to follow.    [03 Nov 2005 21:46:12]
