Don Jose's seems to be very clean. The waiters are very attentive, however it does take quite some time to get your food. I have ordered the nachos and enchiladas, They were fresh, hot and full of flavor. A good deal for the amount of money you spend especially. However if your going for the margaritas, I don't personally recommend it. They (to my taste at least) are pretty well watered down. In short I think Don Jose's is a good mid-stream Mexican restaurant.    [14 Jan 2004 18:44:28]
